Patrick C. K. Hung is a Professor and Graduate Program Director of Computer Science at Ontario Tech University, Faculty of Business and Information Technology. He is a Leverhulme Visiting Professor at Aston University, England, and an Honorable Guest Professor at Shizuoka University, Hamamatsu, Japan. He was also a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at Abertay University, Scotland, and a Visiting Researcher at the University of São Paulo, Brazil. Dr. Hung worked with Boeing Research and Technology in Seattle on aviation services-related research with two U.S. patents on the mobile network dynamic workflow system. Befo
re that, he was a Research Scientist with Australia's Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization. He is a founding member of the IEEE Technical Committee on Services Computing and IEEE Transactions on Services Computing. In addition, he is an editorial board member for the IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management and a coordinating editor of the Information Systems Frontiers. He has a Ph.D. and Master in Computer Science from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a Master in Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo, Canada, and a Bachelor in Computer Science from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Ali Emrouznejad is a Professor and Chair in Business Analytics at Surrey Business School, UK. He is also director of the Centre for Business Analytics in Practice, where he leads research efforts in a variety of areas, including performance measurement and management, efficiency and productivity analysis, and AI and big data. He earned his MSc in Applied Mathematics and his PhD in Operational Research and Systems from Warwick Business School, UK. Andreas Jacobsson (b. 1977) is a Senior Associate Professor in Computer Science at Malmö University in Sweden. Jacobsson received the degree of Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2008 at Blekinge Institute of Technology and in 2016, he passed the qualification for the title of Docent in Computer Science at Malmö University. His research interests include the theory and application of technologies for interoperability, risk, trust, privacy, and security in Internet-based information systems, more recently in Internet of Things-settings, such as, pervasive smart living spaces and smart connected homes. The results of his
work have been documented in numerous peer-reviewed scientific articles published in international books, journals, and conference proceedings. Since 2023, Jacobsson serves as the Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Digitalization at Malmö University in Sweden.

Brief Bio
Jia-Chun Lin is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Security and Communication Technology at NTNU. She previously held the position of Assistant Prof. at the same department from March 2019 to March 2022. Prior to that, she was a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Informatics at University of Oslo from June 2015 to March 2019. She received her PhD degree from National Chiao Tung University (NCTU), Taiwan, in 2015, and her master's degree from Tunghai University, Taiwan, in 2005.
Her research areas include time series analysis, anomaly detection, IoT, security, privacy,
machine learning, deep learning, cloud computing, and parallel & distributed computing. She has around 18 years of experience working on research projects and played a leading and coordinating role in many of them. She is currently the leader of Work Package 3 of NORCICS (Norwegian Centre for Cybersecurity in Critical Sectors).
